Early Days of AJM Removals Company Bristol
Back in 2011, Artjom a.k.a AJ/Arty/Tom(AJM Removals Bristol founder) had the excellent idea to start a removals company in Bristol. Inspired by his father’s traditional and extremely successful approach to his IT business, Artjom believed that hard work and putting the customer’s needs at the very top of the list are the two key aspects which are necessary to provide a great service. Starting off with one small transit van and these two main values, he secured his first customer in November 2011.
Punctuality, Politeness, Professionalism and Price
Right from that very first customer, we have followed the ‘Four P’s’ – Punctuality, Politeness, Professionalism and Price with great results. We believe it is essential to make a tangible difference to each customer’s moving experience and as stated on our home page – we really do our best to understand that though moving often forms a wonderful part of fulfilling our life’s dreams, it can be hugely stressful and filled with a lot of anxiety! We therefore help minimise that by being on time, by being friendly, honest and helpful, by making sure we do our job properly (i.e. by having the right insurance in place, having all of the right equipment, tools, protective covers and equipment on offer and by not cutting any corners) and by charging a fair and reasonable removal price for the quality services offered.
